Love this gym so much that I gave up a $13 membership at LA fitness to go here instead! It may be more expensive ($74 a month) but it is worth EVERY PENNY! Especially if you are serious about fitness (or want to become serious about it because this environment will help you grow in your commitment to wellness for sure!) This place is HUGE! I call it my super gym. You will never wait on a machine or get bored with the possibilities! They have everything including even a rock climbing wall and multiple pools. Highly recommend! Come check it out with a guest pass and see for yourself

I’d consider myself at a late-intermediate stage in lifting, and this was the gym I used the longest before moving somewhere that better fit my goals. If you’re newer to lifting or just trying to stay active, this is a solid option, but over time, I felt like it held me back a bit. TL;DR: Great for beginners and general fitness. Less ideal if you’re trying to push into more serious progression or physique-focused goals. Pros: - Good variety of cardio machines (multiple handle types, some with fans, plus three StairMasters) - For a community-style gym, the equipment selection is genuinely strong: Life Fitness pin-loaded machines, older Cybex units, and a solid plate-loaded/free weight area with two Smith machines and multiple cable stacks. Matrix Fitness plate-loaded machines are a standout and they’re great for dialing in form and resistance, and they even have a hack squat! - Enforcement of gym etiquette such as wiping down machines and re-racking weights, which is something I genuinely appreciate. - General keep-to-yourself atmosphere with a quiet community Cons (main issue = value for price): At $65–75/month, the cost doesn’t really match the upkeep or quality. The best decision i made when I signed up for membership. There's so many options to choose from when it comes to having a great workout session πŸ’ͺ and it's so clean and rarely any broken machines on the floor.

Awesome experience at this gym. I really enjoyed my time working out here. Sadly I moved away from the area and had to cancel my membership. And I would just like to give my upmost thanks to this gym for not making it a hastle. I've been signed up for some gyms that made cancelation nearly impossible. Life is full of twists and turns and I'm so glad the staff here is respectful of it's members time and money. If you live nearby, do not hesitate to sign up here because you will not regret it!

I have visited many health clubs while traveling. The Club is definitely one of the best. The pool was better than average, the people there at the time were of all abilities but they made you wanna keep up. They had all the usual equipment but at a higher level. The maintenance and cleaning staff are superb. All the front desk people are spectacular. This place is definitely in my top 5!
